A member of the Aladdin team since the beginning, Candy has implemented a powerful Customer Service Information System that allows all Aladdin team members quick access to the most accurate information about you the customer, and your system. “To quit learning is to grow stagnant, something that will never happen at Aladdin,” says Candy.

Customer Service Coordinator (Dispatcher)
Sindy joined Aladdin in February of 2006. Her role as Service Dispatcher keeps her at the hub of the Aladdin operation, managing the incoming service calls and scheduling them with our field technicians. “I love working at Aladdin,” says Sindy, “with ever-changing tasks, a great working environment and earnest people.”

Kelly brings superior customer service skills and the “commitment to treat all Aladdin customers with the utmost quality and care.” Kelly takes pride in her role as Project Coordinator, which allows her to ensure that all installations are carefully planned and meticulously managed.

Souren Petrossian is our mechanical engineer in charge of the Service and CSR department with over thirty years’ experience in the industry with excellent work ethics and high standards.
