As an employee of Aladdin Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc., I promise I will use my skills and all my technical expertise to diagnose the customer’s problem as quickly as possible, while keeping them informed of my progress at all times. I will provide each and every customer, no matter what the problem is, with all their options, allowing them to make the repair or replacement decision that is right for them.

I will follow all company policies and procedures at all times. I pledge to be honest, and ethical and to do the right thing. I will never mislead or offer the customer a service or product they do not need or want.

I will ask the customer at the end of the transaction if they are pleased with the service I provided them. I will also do everything in my power to make sure every customer is happy with my clean, fast, and professional service.
