Excellent service all around. They were knowledgable, prompt with all replies and followups, and thorough in providing service. In replacing our old heating furnace with a new heat pump HVAC unit, they took care of everything. No need to subcontract with electricians or roofers or anybody else. They even helped us in arranging appointments with the building inspectors required by the state and city. Highly recommend them with Dwayne as our primary contact and lead on the project.

I usually don’t leave online reviews but the wonderful experience we had with Aladdin AC in Newbury Park CA compelled meTo take the time to write this review. After 2 weeks with a broken AC unit in the heatwave we had 3 different companies come to our home and try to fix our unit. Fortunately for us we found Aladdin and they sent their senior technician John Hilario out to our house within 30 minutes of our call. John was extremely professional, from the moment he entered our home and slipped on shoe covers (without even being asked) to the photos and videos he shared with us in real time as he fixed the complex problem with our AC system. John you were simply great and employees like you should be highly valued by any company who is looking for long term loyal clients, as we will be due to the service we experienced. Thank you.

I just spoke with Suzie in the Newbury Park office, to schedule our next HVAC maintenance service appointment. She was very personable, helpful, and efficient. I wish every call I have to make to a business could be handled as easily and quickly.I was able to request that Salvador handle our upcoming appointment. He serviced our system the last time and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the quality of his work and how unintrusive he was. Aladdin installed a new HVAC/duct system in our home this week. EVERYONE from our salesperson to installation crew were the best! Dwayne, our salesperson, provided very detailed estimates with several choices and explained the pros and cons of each. He was ver knowledgeable, through and professional.The installation crew, headed by Vincent & included Ricardo, Sean & Javier were great! Right on time everyday, very clean and courteous. Vincent took his time explaining the new system controls and answered all our questions and showed us before and after photos!We are very happy with our new HVAC system and highly recommend Aladdin Air Conditioning & Heating!

Aladdin is always punctual and professional. I like their club membership because it removes the worry and hassle of maintaining such a large investment in my house. Salvador most recently took care of our maintenance. He was punctual, courteous, and thorough. He also took time to explain to me the details of the maintenance he performed.

Wonderful crew, Lead Vincent, extremely knowledgeable about the system and install, went over and beyond. Workers Pedro, Ricardo and Roman worked efficiently and thoroughly with Vincent and did a great job installing vents, ducts and entire system. Jorge brought anything needed by crew, he was very upbeat and encouraging . Crew kept everything clean. All of these men are huge asset to Aladdin. Last month, Aladdin installed my complete system. Dwayne, who first came out gave me the lowest quote among the three estimates I got. We called because our air conditioning is archaic and was making a horrible sound. Aladdin was able to squeeze us in and found that it was a small part that had failed. It was replaced quickly and I am happy to say our old system is still kicking. Thank You. Great company!!

Salvador was great in diagnosing the problem (a failing capacitor) and replacing it quickly. While doing that he let me watch the process and ask questions about our system. Really pleasant interaction! And it's a relief to have the problem fixed so quickly during a heat wave. Great service!

Ricardo, Vincent and Javier were prompt courteous and conscientious of the work they conducted in our home. We had our entire air ducting replaced and added a Carrier air purifier (scrubber) to our existing HVAC system. There were some very tight spots in our attic, but they managed to complete the job to our satisfaction. There were a couple of issues that happened during the job that they pointed out and offered to address, which we really appreciated. All in all, very happy with the results and looking forward to having a much more efficient system with the new ducting.

This was an Excellent group of employees that I had the pleasure of getting to know!!! I’ll first start off with Nehemiah. He is the one who first came out to give me a quote to install central heating in my rental home. Very professional , very detailed and suggested some good ideas that I ended up using. He kept me up to date with everything and worked around my schedule to get the job done. Today the crew arrived to do the install which was in the attic. The crew was Jorge, Vincent, Javier and Ricardo. I must say, this group of individuals were ALL totally outstanding. They were all very professional and definitely very knowledgeable in the work they were performing!!! Jorge was excellent in going above and beyond to make sure everything was good to go…thank you Jorge!! Vincent was fantastic in explaining the work being performed and making sure everything was perfect!! Thank you Vincent!! Javier and Ricardo were work horses. I had Aladdin move my existing HVAC from a closet to into the ceiling and they removed my old ducting and replaced it with new ducting, the work was quoted on a Friday and the work was started the following Tuesday and completed on Thursday, the crew of Vincent, Javier and Ricardo were top notch, extremely professional, they took extreme care to ensure all of my furniture and flooring was protected, they showed up on time everyday and kept me updated frequently on the progress, I could not ask for better customer service or a better quality installation, no complaints at all. Lance was also excellent in capturing what I needed and giving me a reasonable estimate. The Owner Wayne also stopped by to check on the progress. All in all I highly recommend Aladdin A/C and heating.

Our A/C System broke down on Saturday afternoon, 09/03/22 during the Labor Day Weekend, in the midst of the biggest heat wave of the summer. We immediately phoned our HVAC Maintenance provider who installed our unit in 2004, and from whom we have been receiving regular maintenance checks every six months. Our call was routed to a answering service...and we received no call back for the next 36 hours. We called Alladain Air Conditioning and Heating early on Monday morning (Labor Day), and spoke with Wayne, who despite their heavy schedule, made our call a priority due to our medical needs and immediately dispatched a technician to our home. Within 45 minutes, the technician, Nadar arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem and successfully completed the repair within the hour. We are so very grateful to have found this company who is highly professional and responsive to the community's needs. We will not be using our prior HVAC Maintenance provider anymore. It's Alladin Air Conditioning from now on. We have arranged to be aregular maintenance customer from today forward.

We chose Aladdin to replace our A/C system because we wanted an established, well recognized company. We also wanted a written quote spelling out specifically what would be done. Our sales rep answered all our questions, which put us at ease, and he was present when the installers arrived. The installers were on time and the installation went smoothly. They even fixed a few small things relative to the furnace that the previous repair person missed.We are very pleased with the quality of the unit, its performance, and the warranty. In addition, Aladdin's employees were knowledgeable and friendly.

My a/c unit stopped producing cold air. Found Alladin on-line and they were able to service and repair my unit within 2 days. The diagnosis was made immediately and the repair was completed. Received a 5-yr warranty and 30 days on parts and labor. Very efficient, professional and reliable. I would definitely recommend Alladin.

My outside A/C units fan motor (25 years old) was beginning to squeal a bit so I called Aladdin Air. They sent out a tech within the hour, his name was John, he was very professional and courteous. He tested the A/C unit and diagnosed the issue, the problem was with the A/C units fan motor. John ended up just having to oil up the fan motors fan coupler, It will eventually will need to be replaced but for now he said their is no need to spend the money and replace it, if and when it gets worse they can replace the fan motor. Hopefully it will last a few more years. He provided me with an estimate for this work. I'm very glad I called Aladdin, I will definitely use the services in the future.

As an absentee landlord I am always afraid of getting ripped off by unscrupulous tradesmen. Not being onsite and able to observe repairmen is always hard for me because I am very knowledgeable about most things around the house. That being said I could not be happier with Aladdin. They were the only company out of many I called that could schedule me within a few days. The tech called me a half hour before he would arrive and called my tenant as well. He spent over an hour diagnosing the system. He called me up and clearly explained what the problem was which was that it was too cold for the system to operate without defrosting for 45 minute. He said the system was working perfectly and said I might want to consider putting an auxiliary heater on the outside compressor for those really cold mornings. All this for the cost of a service call with was a very reasonable $79. Long story short, I highly recommend this company.
